Returns and refunds

Contact Paw and Pause at bestshopshopify44@gmail.com with your order number to arrange a return. We will provide the correct return instructions. Please check the destination with us before posting goods.

Changing your mind

You may cancel an online order within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind. Please pack items securely and keep the original packaging where possible. We may deduct for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

We also accept unused change-of-mind returns received within 28 days of delivery in their original packaging. This additional offer does not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

Refunds

For statutory cancellations, we refund the item price and standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method. Extra charges for upgraded delivery are not refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate refund, repair or replacement and return transport at no cost to you where required by law. Your statutory rights are not limited by a supplier warranty.

Before dispatch

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. If dispatch cannot be stopped, your cancellation and return rights still apply.
