Shopping with Paw and Pause

Products and orders

Please check product dimensions, suitability and assembly requirements before ordering. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and supervise your dog when using play and training equipment. Product photographs illustrate the goods; screen colours may vary slightly.

You can review your items, delivery details and total before paying. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or an error prevents us accepting your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item. We will not substitute goods without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown in the checkout total before you pay. Payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Our current range is available for mainland UK delivery, excluding Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland. Please read our shipping policy for delivery arrangements and estimates. Items may arrive in separate parcels. We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or a person you nominate.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Our returns and refunds policy explains cancellation rights and how to arrange a return. Contact us promptly about a missing, damaged, faulty or incorrect item. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
