Where we deliver

Our current range is delivered to mainland UK addresses only. We cannot deliver to the Scottish Highlands, islands or Northern Ireland. This includes the Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, contact us before ordering.

Delivery costs

The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are normally dispatched within one business day after payment and typically arrive two to three business days after dispatch. Please allow approximately three to four business days from ordering. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Orders are sent directly from our supply partners and may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking details are provided when available.

Delivery questions

Check your address carefully before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you need a correction or cancellation; once dispatch is underway, it may not be possible to stop the parcel. Your statutory cancellation and return rights still apply.

If your order has not arrived within the expected period, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email bestshopshopify44@gmail.com with your order number, or call 07500 771342. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and help resolve the issue.
